Gwyn has matured into a gorgeous stallion with the "Coed Coch" stamp.  He has awesome floating movement which he passes on to his offspring.  Already siring Champions for us and other breeders, winning in Canada and the States alike.  While still in Wales, Gwyn placed 2nd in his Yearling Colt class at the Royal Welsh Show out of over 50 shown.  This year of 2008, Gwyn went to his first Canadian show and was awarded double Grand Champion Section A Stallion!!  Photo taken August 2007

Gwyn sired two lovely foals for us this year, one of which is already a Res. Supreme Champion!! Check them out at 2008 Foals

As a weanling we imported Pirate from Wales, where he was shown very successfully in foal classes.  Pirate continued winning in Canada, and among many Championships, he is a Supreme Champion as well as Grand Champion Sport Pony.   He has well known, proven bloodlines.  Pirate is a gorgeous stallion with type, charismatic personality and breath talking movement.  He has proven to be an outstanding sire of both Welsh and crossbreds.  Pirate is everything we could ask for in a stallion.

After having Pirate out of the showring for the past couple years due to keeping him busy with his mares, we took him to the Wild Rose Welsh show in Olds, AB July of 2007.  He won his class under both judges, won Senior Champion Stallion under both again as well as double Grand Champion Stallion.  In the Supreme Championships, he took Supreme under Becky Israel and Reserve Supreme under Bill Waldo.  In the Sport Pony classes, Pirate again cleaned up.  Winning 1st Sport Pony 3 & Over 12.2 & Over (15 in class), Senior Champion and then took it all with Grand Champion Sport Pony!!  Needless to say, we were very proud and happy with our Pirate.  His daughter Alvesta Sweet N Spicy also did very well, winning her class, Senior Champion Mare and Grand Champion Mare, but of course, she was beat out in the Supremes by her dad.  Pirate's granddaughter out of Spicy, Alvesta Eloquence also did very well, being named Junior Champion filly after winning her class under Judge Waldo, and her full sister Alvesta La Caramelo (as a yearling, owned by Rosegarland Welsh) won Junior Champion and the class under Judge Israel.

Our three gorgeous 2008 fillies are sired by Pirate, check them out on our 2008 Foal Page

**Again Pirate brings home the Supreme! In 2008, Pirate is awarded with double Supreme Champion at the one show he has attended so far!!**

Beauty, elegance and wonderful temperament.  Imported from Wales by Pat Clay of Pajon Ponies, we sent mares to him and liked the foals so much that we have been proud owners of this wonderful stallion for some years now.  He comes from a family famous as children's show ponies.  El Senor has many showring Championships plus, he is a Supreme Champion himself, with Supreme Champion offspring.  El's kids have that natural jump that allows them to excel in the hunter field.  His beautiful offspring are doing him proud on breeding farms and in showrings across the country.

Congratulations to Charlotte Redden and Lisa Maynard, new partners with El-Senor.  El is truly a "burst buttons" stallions, we wish you much happiness and success with him.  He is very much missed here (I was even more of a basket case than I expected when he left) but it was time to spread his wings.
