2005 Section B Bay Roan Gelding 13.1hh
My dream pony! Parting with Tali was especially hard. From birth he was perfect - gentle, sweet and with such type and quality, to top it off a rich bay roan with beautiful markings. Winning in the showring only validated my opinion of him. U.S. Judge Ron Shwartz said when he make Taliesin Supreme Champion gelding that roan was not his favorite color but when a pony is that good, color doesn't matter.

In 2006 at the Wild Rose Welsh Show, Taliesin competed in the gelding division to Double Supreme Champion Gelding against all sections. We were thrilled, as were Mary & Randy James from Drumheller Alberta who bought him on the spot. We're very happy for the Jame's with their new boy, and for Taliesin, who is now under saddle and in harness! We look forward to seeing what the future brings for him!
*After two years at home in Drumheller, Taliesin was taken out to the 2008 All Breed Pony Show and named Res. Supreme Welsh Gelding Champion under the only judge, Jane Fischer de Thouars!!* He also made his debute in harness and the judge loved him!! Pictured below.
